A magical place with a lot of history. This lovely home is filled with positivity and beauty. And two cute doggies on the property.

Beautiful warm house in a lovely location with very genial hosts who welcomed us on arrival and showed us around the property. Beds were comfy. Very well equipped kitchen that allowed you to feed a crowd without running out of dishes! The property is located down a country lane deep in the countryside allowing for a lovely "get away from it all" type of break.

Hot water is only available between certain hours of the day (3 in the morning and 2 in the evening). You had to ask the hosts for hot water outside of these hours. Unfortunately during the hours of availability, there is not enough hot water for more than 2 or 3 showers and this reduced if someone was cleaning dishes in the kitchen. Cold showers do not make for pleasant memories and this dimmed our enjoyment of an otherwise perfect house. Access to the property is down an unfinished lane (0.6 km long) that has potholes and deep ruts. If your car has a low wheel base or fragile suspension you might reconsider bringing your car to this property.
