Der Schlüsselkasten ist direkt seitlich vom Eingang (innen). Ich verstehe nicht, wie den viele Leute übersehen können...
Täglich morgendliche Müllabfuhr (sehr laut bei offenem Fenster)
TV wollte meinen USB-Stick nicht erkennen
Bettkissen zu weich, Sofakissen zu hart. Wir mussten das Bettkissen auf das Sofakissen legen, um schlafen zu können.
Das Bettsofa ist nur zum Sitzen/Schlafen da. Für Liebesspiele ist es zu laut.

This property is 1-walking minute from the beach, which is great! There is ample (free) street parking right outside the building. The apartment has everything one person needs, and a separate bathroom and toilet. It looks like it was renovated not too long ago and was impeccably clean. The host responded very quickly and even let me do late check-out upon asking. Tea, coffee, and some biscuits were provided as well.
I did not realize at first that the bed was a sofa-bed, but after finding and reading the instructions, it was very easy to unfold and get ready with the duvet stored inside. There could have been small packs of creamer/milk for the coffee, but that's already a super-super plus and not a necessity.
