This property is 1-walking minute from the beach, which is great! There is ample (free) street parking right outside the building. The apartment has everything one person needs, and a separate bathroom and toilet. It looks like it was renovated not too long ago and was impeccably clean. The host responded very quickly and even let me do late check-out upon asking. Tea, coffee, and some biscuits were provided as well.
I did not realize at first that the bed was a sofa-bed, but after finding and reading the instructions, it was very easy to unfold and get ready with the duvet stored inside. There could have been small packs of creamer/milk for the coffee, but that's already a super-super plus and not a necessity.

Nous avons passé un court séjour, mais tout était parfait. L appartement est petit, cosy, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, tout était très propre et bien insonorisé. La literie (canapé lit) était très confortable. Proche de la côte et nous avons pu trouver une place de parking (gratuite) assez facilement.
Le petit bémol est l odeur de cigarette froide dans les couloirs de l’étage , mais je précise qui n est pas du tout présente dans l appartement
