Host is trying his best, its okay. One AC in one living room, no heating/cooling in bedroom. It was cold (we stayed in winter time).
We had a bad smell from sink, he reacted swiftly. Also toilet was failry dirty (inner bowel part around ) around toilet faucet was not taken care of.
