El apartamento es muy coqueto, bien decorado, bien situado, con aparcamiento justo enfrente. Fuimos entre semana y era tranquilo y silencioso. La zona tiene bares y restaurantes, pero la calle donde está situado es tranquila. La dueña fue super amable y respondio de forma ágil a las consultas y peticiones que le hicimos.

Nestled squarely within the historic heart of the city, this accommodation offers unparalleled pedestrian access to key attractions like the fortress, clock tower, old bell tower, catacombs, and the town's central waterfall. A selection of charming tourist-friendly cafes and restaurants are also conveniently at hand. The host, an incredibly welcoming and amiable individual with excellent English proficiency, truly sets the tone; a delightful fruit basket awaiting our arrival was a particularly thoughtful touch after a long journey. A dedicated parking space is a welcome bonus. The apartment itself is adequately equipped for a single night's stay, featuring a basic hob, sink, and a respectable shower room. Daily essentials are easily sourced, with a nearby fruit stall, a bakery just five minutes away, and a larger, well-stocked grocery store within a 15-minute walk.

However, this property presents a few notable drawbacks. The distinct impression is that this isn't so much an apartment as a repurposed two-car garage, situated at, or even slightly below, ground level relative to the gravel parking area. The low ceilings contribute to a pervasive stuffiness within the room, and the air conditioning unit is in dire need of a clean. Opening the windows, while tempting for ventilation, exposes guests to a cacophony of external noise – loud music from nearby cafes persists until 2 AM, followed by the early morning exodus of cars from the parking lot and the return of late-night revelers from 4 AM. Furthermore, the bed is uncomfortably firm, and the pull-out sofa, unfortunately, lacks a stable locking mechanism, leading to constant slippage.
