The apartment was great: it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. For a family with a car it was perfect. The complex pool was lovely.
This is an air bnb, not a resort as such. There was no onsite management, and after booking I was required to supply a damage deposit. The accommodation is located in an inner suburb, which worked for us as we had a car.
The onsite parking was a tight squeeze. Even with a small car with backing cameras it was not easy to get into the assigned space, and the driver had to drop off and pick up passengers outside the assigned space.

The apartment was well maintained, clean and had a good range of facilities. The pool was nice and it was a beautiful view looking over the pool. The location of the apartment was a good location for families as it wasn't in the center of town, though if you didn't have a car and were relying on public transport/walking, then it was a bit far out (15/20mins into town). Having parking under the complex was very convenient.
The bed in the guest room was uncomfortable for my personal liking and we had significant issues with the television. Not the end of the world, however, when you have had a huge day and you want to come home and chill, it was a little frustrating that it didn't work. Initially finding the apartment inside the property was a little tricky, so maybe a diagram would be helpful?
