The space is great! Very spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Clean and lovely. Location is also great if you need to hop on/off the tram. Much quieter neighborhood than city center. Great pizzeria across the street.

As others have shared, host management company was very difficult to work with. Took a long time to respond on Booking.com, better on WhatsApp. “Lili” was rude and insensitive. Here are some issues I’ve experienced. Check in is after 16:00 and they would not accommodate an early check nor luggage storage in despite the apartment being empty the two nights before and has self check-in. Trash - they expect you to empty trash in the street bins but do not provide an access fob or any instructions on how to unlock the bins. Instead, you have to download an app for residents and it’s only available in Italian which I could not figure out. Laundry - does not provide a “starter” load or anything. Be prepared to buy/bring your own detergent. The main bedroom facing the street can get very noisy. I was woken up every morning by the sound of street traffic and workers.
