Beautiful view of the city, very spacious and well equipped. Friendly host met us for check in and told us how everything worked. Walking distance to city centre (20 minutes).
It’s an old building and the unusual lift is unreliable. They fix it quickly but after a day of sightseeing it is an effort to have to climb 4 flights of stairs.

Hosts are very friendly and communicative. Self check-in and check-out were super smooth and easy. Apartment is beautiful and tastefully furnished with spectacular views. In a quiet, residential area away from the touristic crowds while still offering easy access to the center.
There are few bars/restaurants in the area and the closest ones are about 10 minutes away on foot. This is not a fault of the property, just a reality of the location, but guests may wish to be aware of this

The location is amazing - could walk from the train station. Also a bus or a tram a short walk away into Florence. Also the views were amazing. The second bedroom was made into a twin - so it was perfect. A very spacious appartment.
