Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time in Milan. Pros: • Good location and easy access to the city • Clean and generally comfortable apartment • Check-in process worked smoothly

Cons: • Late check-in fee was not clearly communicated in advance • Not enough large towels for all guests upon arrival • Hot water was inconsistent, and some guests had to shower with cold or lukewarm water

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would happily recommend it to others. The location is excellent, situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The city center can be reached within a pleasant 20-minute walk, and public transportation in the area is also very convenient and reliable. There are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby, which made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment itself is spacious and relatively well-equipped, with comfortable and cozy furnishings that made us feel at home. We truly enjoyed the few days we spent there. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place to families and smaller groups of friends looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation.

El portal señorial de buena finca, la escalera limpia y el fácil acceso al apartamento al ser planta baja. Muy amplia la entrada, con un salón-comedor muy grande. Hay mucha luz, todas las habitaciones con ventana exterior. El café de cortesia también muy bien, así como la limpieza del apartamento

Appartamento molto bello in palazzo signorile accorsato. L'arredamento è adeguato e sono a disposizione piccoli elettrodomestici tipo macchinetta del caffè espresso, e tostapane ecc. Apprezzata la presenza di una piccola libreria.

Il numero di capsule da caffè è stato insufficiente per due colazioni e un caffè pomeridiano per tutti gli ospiti (avevamo prenotato per 4 persone per due giorni). Le capsule avrebbero dovuto essere in numero maggiore e nonostante la mia richiesta (attraverso l'applicazione) di integrarle non ho avuto risposta. La stanza da letto lato strada un po' rumorosa, ma la strada non è trafficatissima, ed io ho il sonno leggero. In ogni caso l'appartamento è un'ottima soluzione in una zona non distante dal centro.
