Big comfy beds!

Lovely modern apartment - the beds are massive and VERY comfortable which is a huge plus! Everything is clean and well kept - these places are clearly very new. Location was close to everything we wanted in Roma Norte - walkable to everything. About a 30 min walk to most of the restaurants/coffee shops we wanted to go to. Good travel links nearby.

The kitchen could have been better equipped, no salt, pepper or oil but had all the cooking utensils you need.

Very nice place!!

Location is really great, a safe neighborhood with a reception, close to bars and restaurants. Having two bathrooms is super convenient and the place was very clean. Filtered water tap is a nice touch. We liked the body cream in the bathroom

There was nothing to cook with, no salt, sugar, coffee. The door to the balcony didn't lock, so we didn't feel extremely safe.

Spacious but run down apartment

Spacious apartment in a good location.

The apartment is noisy and the noise from the street wake us up early morning(Even as the fridge)The apartment is designed for long stay living, not a leisure short stay. Many amenities were broken, missing or run down. Bathroom very tiny. The bed was old and dented in the middle. Worst part was the customer service as they threatened to cancel my booking while I was in mid flight. They need a passport check upfront but couldn't retrieve my passportdetails I send. Upon arrival nobody send a doorkey code and nobody was available to speak to. Finally the security guard let us in. Overall, a bit a of a let down.

Me gustó la ubicación y la comodidad de las camas.

Es segunda ocasión que reservo en este lugar, mi primera experiencia fue muy buena (por eso volví a reservar) pero la segunda no fue igual. Reserve por medio de la app de booking que me daba la opción de volver a reservar el mismo tipo de alojamiento pero luego resultó que no era el mismo tipo ya que yo la primera vez reserve uno de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños y en esta segunda ocasión me dieron solo 2 habitaciones y 1 baño, lo cuál complico por completo la estancia. En esta ocasión me toco en el primer piso que la verdad esta extremadamente ruidoso, escuchas a todos los que caminan en la calle y entra demasiada luz por las cortinas y termina dándote en la cara la luz estando acostada en la cama asi que no recomiendo el primer piso para nada. También me comuniqué para quejarme de que no era el mismo y que además me costo un 25% más que en la primera ocasión dos meses atrás y su respuesta fue simplemente lavarse las manos de que no podían hacer nada al respecto y que ellos nunca mencionan la cantidad de baños (lo cuál deberían hacer), me pareció bastante grosera y pésima su atención al cliente además de que me llamaban VALERIA cuando mi nombre era otro.

El apartamento es simplemente magnífico. La ubicación es perfecta y céntrica, con acceso increíblemente fácil a cafés, supermercados y restaurantes. La atención fue impecable. Agradecemos mucho que nos permitieran guardar el equipaje antes del check-in, lo cual nos permitió aprovechar el día al máximo. ¡Una experiencia de 10!

El alojamiento está muy bien, es confortable y agradable a la vista , la ubicación está perfecta. Me agrado, me volvería a hospedar y lo recomendaría también.

Es un poco estresante las reglas de reservación, dónde se tiene que enviar por correo los datos de cada uno de los huéspedes, preferiría que fuera al llegar. El sofá cama y una de las paredes de la recamara principal, estaban manchadas desde el día que llegamos. Es un comentario con respecto a las reglas de limpieza donde se nos pide precisamente de ese tipo de manchas.

•uno se confía en que reservo y ya solo toca llegar, pues pidieron un mail con las identificaciones de todos y sino no mandaban la clave de acceso, llegamos 1 am y si no fuera porq la chica de recepción se apiadó y nos abrió, nos quedábamos sin alojamiento y no es barato. •No hay un número directo para resolver, todo es por medio de una app externa o por mail (que responden cada dos años) •No dejan cobija extra para el sofá cama •El día que hacía salida me llegó el Mail de respuesta del día 1 para solucionar lo del estacionamiento, no sabía si llorar o reírme. •Señoras de la vida galante diario afuera •Dejaron un rollo de papel para 3 personas en 4 días de estancia.
