- Almost no toilet paper or soap left - Dusty - No heating except towel heater and AC - Bathroom door gets stuck and has to be pushed open with considerable force

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. You had to hold shower which caused spray all over bathroom. Parking not clear.

I was locked in the house with my family and I had to wait fir 1 and half hour to get help. I decided that I wouldn’t sleep in the apartment due to the safety of my two babies. There was also a strong smell in the house which was so intense. The owner agreed to refund my money back for the rest of the days we didnt sleep there but till now I haven’t been able to get my money back.

Les escaliers étroits jusqu'au 4 ème pour monter les bagages. Le manque de parkings gratuits aux alentours.

Une nuit glaciale dans un canapé inconfortable

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, les deux chambres séparés et la facilité de se garer à proximité dans la rue principale

(Séjour en décembre, température négative dehors) À notre arrivée il faisait très froid, aucun chauffage n’étaient allumés. Sans mode d’emploi nous n’avons pas réussi à mettre en route le chauffage. Il faisait 10 degrés tout au plus dans l’appartement (nous avions nos trois enfants avec nous…) A noter que le canapé convertible dans le salon n’est pas du tout confortable. Une chose est sûre l’hôte n’a pas fait preuve d’empathie à notre égard.

Het appartement was niet schoon. Overal stonden lege verpakkingen. In de douche kijk je tegen de CV ruimte aan. De bedden waren echt slecht. Geen oog dicht gedaan.

Appartement extrêmement sale et aucune solution proposée mise à part un remboursement des frais de ménages mais la question n’était pas là car nous devions passer la nuit dans ce logement sale avec des enfants …

La climatisation, wifi, équipements, emplacement. Logement très agréable.

Quelques améliorations à envisager. La baignoire n'est pas très stable et le siphon est sale, il manque des casseroles adaptées pour la plaque induction seulement 2 compatibles une tt petite et un gros faitout. Il manque des rideaux.

Pratique pour 1 nuit, mais contente de partir.

La climatisation, Le dernier étage Les 2 vraies chambres Les rangements Le stationnement facile, peut-être chanceux. La rapidité de réponse et la gentillesse de la personne avec qui nous avons échangé. Pratique , Rue commerçante au bas de l'immeuble. Calme , vraiment on a pas l'impression d'avoir de voisins. Disposition des pièces au top.

Malheureusement l'appartement n'était vraiment pas très propre. Vaisselle, recoins, frigo, placards... Literie creusée Canapé lit ne pouvant accueillir réellement que 1 personne pour être confortable. La baignoire pour se laver, la salle de bain devient une piscine Le coin chauffe eau est ouvert sur les wc, avec isolation placo apparent. Laine d isolation qui ressort et tuyau d'évacuation à ciel ouvert. Surtout donc quand même 2 gros points noirs : la propreté et l'environnement ; Juste en face devant le studio photo, rassemblement toute la journée de "je ne sais quoi qui s'y passe" , et dès que je sortais c'était interpellations systématiques par ces personnes... Personnellement je fais bonne figure, mais ça ne met pas en confiance du tout. Je ne conseille pas pour une famille.

Charmant 2 pièces au centre ville

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce logement. Nous avons apprécié son agencement très pratique et sa décoration. Un grand merci à la climatisation qui a rendu la forte chaleur supportable, même sous les toits. La rue commerçante au pied de l'immeuble est très sympa à parcourir. Aucun problème pour stationner en soirée, la journée c'est payant et limité à 2 heures.

Seul problème rencontré, ce sont les jeunes qui passent la nuit sur la placette juste en bas et qui font beaucoup de bruit. On a dû se résoudre à fermer les fenêtres pour pouvoir dormir.
