Very spacious , Clean Great location

No toilet rolls & only 4 cups and there was 6 of us staying

Great location and a huge space! So much room for our group and well thought out rooms. A few niggles but overall a really good base for the weekend. Helpful staff.

The windows didn't open downstairs which was stuffy on a hot day. The ones upstairs I struggled to close. Although it was generally clean it felt like a deep clean was needed. Granted it's a massive space so some things will be missed. It's a little more run down than the photos which I suppose is inevitable for a rental unit.

Some of the kitchen equipment had not been cleaned and there were only four cups ! I contacted Charlie but nothing was done! It was a property with little ventilation or windows that open or indeed windows at all and therefore some areas had a musty smell and I did ask Charlie for a fan as it was hot in the property. There are many stairs so be warned . It would not suit the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. The shower access was via a very high bath, again not suitable for the elderly or infirm. There was evidence of behind cupboards and beds having not been cleaned properly but linen was clean. There is no outside area to chill and needs some decor tlc .

Tired, fine for groups who aren’t to fussy but other than that wouldn’t stay again
