The caravan is well worth considering for an overnight stay in Emerald. Good location, quiet, off street parking, excellent comfortable bed, with a well equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils.

The bed was comfortable, caravan was clean.
Need a light to be able to see key lock, small plastic step was a bit dangerous, it slipped on the gravel. The bed lamps were loose & didn't work. Got an email on where to leave rubbish after we left

Caravan was Nice and Clean and the Bed was very Comfy. Good Wifi and Smart TV
The toilet was a bit squashed against the washing machine cupboard. That being said I am 6ft 5 so may not be an issue for smaller people.

Very clean well equipped van.
The photo online appears to show the van surrounded by trees, in fact it’s wedged between the last unit and the back fence which has a 24/7 drive through McDonalds on the other side. There was noise through out the night from the drive through customers and continuous machine noise from the businesses fridge or extractor fans. The van’s gas stove control knobs were a worry and need replacing, it was difficult to tell if they were turned on or off.
