Emerald Motel Apartments

Location. Price.

Clothes dryer's lint filter was clogged with lint. Washing machine's filter was clogged with dirt. Toilet bowl's S bend was full of fecal matter. Tea towel was dirty. Kitchen drawers were dirty.

This little apartment was clean, well equipped, quiet and I felt extremely safe here as a single female traveler.

Comfortable, excellent location, lovely outside covered seating area for our Villa.

Well, a used condom was located to the rubbish bin in the bathroom. Said item wasn't mine, as, I am married, the item wasn't Size XXL or coloured. Also, the shower/spa could have done with a better clean, slight mould to the walls.

Cheap uncomfortable furniture, looked the part but not. Smell in apartment when we arrived and could not work out what the bad smell was. Opened a cupboard door and an almost full bag of bin contents. I nearly vomited. Called the motel staff they did come and rectify but smell lingered all weekend. Dropped something under bed and went to retrieve it and more items from previous under bed. Just not cleaned properly. Very disappointed, containers with shower gel, shampoo mist on empty. Went to shops to get our own coffee, toilet rolls etc I thought I was booking a luxury few days. Would have been better in hindsight to go to a motel and would have been less expensive. I travel lots and I rarely leave a bad review, might be 10 years since I felt the need to do that.
