Cozy Cabin, Sleeps 8 - Close to Dollywood with Hot Tub, Arcade, Community Pool

Everything was amazing.. very convenient and very quiet at night!!

Everything was perfect

Plenty of space for a larger sized family. 6 of us fit very well. Walking distance from pool which the children enjoyed. Hot tub was a huge hit, we all enjoyed it! Very close to all attractions which was a great accommodation with young kids.

Sky light in upstairs bedroom did leak slightly with the heavy rain. Would recommend someone checking out the wood around it for water damage. We just slid the bed over and all was good.

Everything was really nice.

A lot of leaves on the porch and tried to look for a broom to clean it but there wasn’t one.

It was clean. Owners are responsive most of the time.

Let me begin by saying we have traveled to this area multiple times for years. For the price I paid, this stay was a huge disappointment. I did not realize this chalet was right on top of other neighboring homes. We arrived and found out we were given the wrong code to the chalet. Next issue- I was awoken at 7am to the sound of engines reving up outside my window each morning. Not a lot of privacy, as you can see neighbors sitting on their balconies next door. You hear dogs barking next door. All day. There’s also no view at all, just trees. Which for me I wish I would have been aware of the location of this chalet and I would have picked somewhere more secluded. Also, the balcony- the wood is weak and soft, you can feel how it’s about to break in spots when you step on it, very dangerous. The fridge- was room temp at best. The freezer works but it takes almost 12 hours to cool stuff. I complained to the owner and they acted like there was no issue since “no one else complained”.
