Cozy Cabin, Sleeps 8 - Close to Dollywood with Hot Tub, Arcade, Community Pool

Location. Quiet, quaint, clean, comfortable. Kids loved the games and arcade.

Nothing really. Just some ideas, need a pair of scissors in kitchen, needs washcloths in downstairs bathroom, needs a broom ( with young children, we had lots of spills, but nothing to sweep or vacuum them up with) and maybe some plastic cups for children. We were afraid to use the glass ones in the cupboard. Other than that. It was pleasant trip.

It was clean. Owners are responsive most of the time.

Let me begin by saying we have traveled to this area multiple times for years. For the price I paid, this stay was a huge disappointment. I did not realize this chalet was right on top of other neighboring homes. We arrived and found out we were given the wrong code to the chalet. Next issue- I was awoken at 7am to the sound of engines reving up outside my window each morning. Not a lot of privacy, as you can see neighbors sitting on their balconies next door. You hear dogs barking next door. All day. There’s also no view at all, just trees. Which for me I wish I would have been aware of the location of this chalet and I would have picked somewhere more secluded. Also, the balcony- the wood is weak and soft, you can feel how it’s about to break in spots when you step on it, very dangerous. The fridge- was room temp at best. The freezer works but it takes almost 12 hours to cool stuff. I complained to the owner and they acted like there was no issue since “no one else complained”.
