Carinissimo appartamento in pieno centro storico di Pontremoli. Proprio come lo volevamo. Per essere sempre a due passi dal centro e naturalmente senza dover prendere l’auto. Di fronte all’appartamento c’è poi una meravigliosa trattoria dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo.
Niente da dire, l’unica cosa, la casa è una casa torre, quindi su più livelli e con momte scale anche ripide, quindi la sconsiglio a chi ha problemi con le scale. Ma per noi è stato un divertimento.

Il fascino di un'antica e autentica casa torre La posizione è centralissima, in una zona tranquilla a breve distanza da un grande parcheggio gratuito. A pochi passi si trovano ristoranti, caffè, bar e gelaterie. L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve (wi-fi, due tv, grande cucina ben attrezzata, anche lavatrice) ed è pulito. Le camere sono enormi, molto semplici.
Nulla, ma segnalo che ci sono parecchie scale (ripide) da salire e scendere, quindi non è adatto a persone con difficoltà motorie. Per tutti gli altri, c'è il vantaggio di un po' di sano esercizio!

Fantastische ligging, grote koele kamer met tuin, koelkast, jam en crackers neergelegd, waterkoker en espressomachine aanwezig plus cups en theezakjes, mooi ingerichte kamer.
Iets van bestek had fijn geweest.

This place is wonderful, right in the antique heart of Pontremoli, a truly delightful old village. The unfussy room is in an vaulted ground floor space - facilities don't try for luxury but provided absolutely all that one could hope for at this very fair price point. We didn't meet the hosts but they communicated helpfully with us before arrival and everything was neat and clean on arrival. There's basic lawn-garden accessible behind with views of the old bridge (though the midges made going out there in the afternoon uninviting). Loads of good dining within a 5 minute walk [we loved Oca Bianca] and a supermarket just across the bridge (along with a good, very unpretentious pizzeria).

"It was clean and comfortable. With the windows open you can hear the rushing waters of the Magra and keep time by the bells of the church. It is very close to the Piazza della Repubblica too."
