Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, nei dintorni si trova di tutto, in più il proprietario offre un posto auto gratuitamente, si trova in una posizione strategica, in pochi minuti si raggiungono le varie attrazioni della città, il proprietario è una persona disponibilissima, sicuramente ci ritornerò da lui.

Гарне розташування, беспечна парковка, чисто, є кондиціонер. Доброзичливий власник помешкання, ми дуже запізнювались і він запропонував надіслати інструкцію для самостійного заселення.
Не вистачало фена, чайника, вікон які б виходили на вулицю, а не у внутрішній двір. Для довготривалого розміщення не вистачало б пральної машини. При заселенні дуже відчувалось затхле повітря, але кондиціонер справився за декілька годин.

It was clean and good location, close to train station and the downtown is approximately 3km walking distance. We received a private and closed parking. The take-away pizza place 200m from the apartment was very good.
We visited Santa Margarita and Portofino by train and boat.
All windows look to an internal yard and there is not much light coming in. Don't plan to stay here all day, just come to sleep. The AC was weakly cooling.
