Nice apartment by the shore

The appartement is perfecly located, very close to the shore. The interior must have been renovated recently, amd it is in a very good condition. We had no issue to find the place, we had clear instructions.

There were a couple of dirty dishes in the cupboard, still covered in butter, so we started our stay by doing some dishwashing. It was likely left by the previous renter, as the overall cleanliness of the apartment was otherwise fine. We missed a few small, non-essential kitchen items, but overall, we had a good stay in the apartment. I recommend it.

Bien mais perfectible

Bel appartement refait à neuf pour un couple la superficie est parfaite, meublé au goût du jour.

Le linge de lit et de toilette n’est pas du tout de qualité, le drap housse était déjà élimé pas du tout confortable et qui plus est absence de protection pour le matelas( bref manque d’hygiène) d’autant que nous avons découvert une couette avec de belles tâches!! Dommage de constater ces négligences car l’appartement mérite mieux que ça

Appartement bien situé et agréable à vivre

L'appartement situé au 1er étage était en parfait état car récemment rénové avec gout. Les équipements sont de bonne qualité. La distribution des pièces est bien pensé, partie nuit avec sdb, bien séparée de la cuisine salon . Tout en étant à proximité des restaurants et du bord de mer l'appartement est très calme. Le fait d'être sur la ruelle derrière la première ligne de bâtiment est positif car la rue en bord de mer à une circulation automobile assez importante . Il faudrait indiquer que l'escalier d'accès est très raide et peu large pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité. Garer sa voiture est un problème à Cancale , comme nous restions une semaine la voiture était au parking gratuit situé au dessus du village à environ 10 minutes à pied. Pour décharger et charger la voiture on a accès à la ruelle.

Contacter par mobile un des hôtes pour savoir ou était la clé a été un peu laborieux . Il manque quelques équipements pour la cuisine ce qui peut être facilement corrigé: tasses à expresso , sets de table, petite passoire , essoreuse à salade, ustensiles à crustacés , alèse de lit et un lave linge serait utile pour des séjours long.

Sehr schön, alles sehr gut.

Die Wohnung ist groß und schön eingerichtet. Großes Doppelbett, sehr bequem. Direkt in der Altstadt von Cancale, 40 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Mit dem Auto kann man kurz reinfahren, um auszuladen. Gratis-Parkplätze oben auf dem Berg, 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Schlüssel in Box im Hausflur, Code per Mail. Bei Problemen hilft Agentur telefonisch weiter, in Französisch oder Englisch.

Haben erst nicht verstanden, wie wir in Altstadt reinfahren können. Geht über Sprechanlage.

Des amoureux de Cancale

L'emplacement, les équipements, la propreté, la literie, le mobilier et l'espace. Tout est neuf et de très bon goût, un parking en face, à 3 pas de tous les commerces. Manque que la vue mer

Le niveau sonore mais je pense que nos voisins étaient surtout des gens bruyants...et manque un sèche cheveux dans la SDB.

Scala pericolosa e senza corrimano

La posizione e l arredamento.

Nell annuncio non c è scritto che si accede al primo piano con una scala di legno stretta e ripidissima. Ho dovuto calare la valigia con una corda per non rischiare di cadere. Siamo due signore con un cagnolino.Non c è corrimano e non ci si può attaccare a niente. Molto pericolosa ma alla richiesta di cambiare appartamento o annullare la prenotazione per andare in hotel non ci hanno dato nessuna risposta né a noi ne a booking. Pessimo non dare questa informazione e non dare disponibilità

편안하게 잘있다 왔어요

사진과 똑같았어요. 캉칼에서 숙박을 한건 처음인데 생말로와 디나흐 가기도 편했어요. 강아지와 함께 갔는데 카펫 바닥이 아니라서 더 편하고 깨끗하게 사용할수 있었어요.

나쁜점이 없었어요.
