The location was perfect, close to the old town, and the park, and very quiet. The balcony in the evenings afforded a great sunset and view over the Parliament building and Cathedral

Property is close to old town and Parliament and many tourist spots plus way access to convenience stores and plenty of restaurants. Owner accessible for any questions and responses were quick and he provided many recommendations for eating and sightseeing
Just one flight of stairs to negotiate as lift does not go to ninth floor
