GArt House Holiday Home

This was our first time in Abruzzo and the last week of our holiday in Italy, which couldn't have been better. The house has all the comfort we needed, and it combines a private and quiet location with very easy access to the motorway (which is visible from the balcony, but we never found it disturbing or loud at all.) The area offers so many different activities that they could easily fill a few weeks, leaving no time to relax. We tried to do both, so from the very long and impressive list "what to see and do and where to eat" our lovely and very helpful host provided, we only managed a few. These included visiting charming towns, churches, castles, the coast, and beautiful hikes in the mountains (being at the meeting point of 3 different national parks, there´re plenty, some very close like 10 mins, others need more driving but it´s worth). We collected wonderful memories (and wine, olive oil, pasta…) but also tried to slow down. We are especially thankful for the warm welcome our two mid-size dogs received. They also enjoyed the stay, and after a big nice walk in nature, they were tired enough to lie down and not bother with anything. Despite our only worry how the weather in June will be, we didn't have any rainy days and it was rather warm (so the AC was very useful), but it was super pleasant in the mountains. I recommend the GArt House Holiday Home for everyone. Whether you come with or without dogs, with or without children, love to cook with local ingredients like us, or just want to eat out at the many recommended restaurants (we tried one and it was superb)—it's perfect. It is great for bikers, hikers, skiers, pilgrims, ornithologists (birds were singing constantly around the house and we spotted many during the trips - no bears which maybe better), filming-location enthusiasts, or anyone else. We knew one week wouldn't be enough to see everything; it only served as a small introduction, and we wish to return again for more.

From the moment we booked, the host communicated effectively throughout the lead up up until the date of arrival. Once we arrived he provided us with lots of information regarding local sites to visit, places to eat out, places to shop and much much more. The welcome was fantastic and the property was perfect for our needs, exceptionally clean and spacious.. It had everything we needed and the views were spectacular. The house was remote therefore was nice and quiet. The security of the property was fantastic allowing us to secure the gate when we're out and about. There was onside parking also for our Rental car. We were within a 5 minute drive from local amenities and restaurants, and for us, only 60 mins to our favourite ski resort. Overall an amazing little 💎 that would suit every need. Thank you for your attentiveness.... we loved every minute. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 ++++++

La casa è munita di ogni servizio ed utensile. Il giardino e la vista valgono la scelta di questa soluzione, nonché la gentilezza e l'ospitalità di chi la gestisce. La zona è ben servita e collegata. Da ritornarci.

Le calme , l’environnement, balcon et jardin dans quartier sûr . 3 emplacements,1 balcon et 2 terrasses pour profiter de manger en extérieur et se relaxer . Les déjeuners au soleil le matin , et les grillades dans la cheminée de jardin le soir .

La literie du lit double un peu molle , mais c’est un ressenti personnelle.
