Très bel appartement climatisé, conforme aux photos. La terrasse est vraiment un plus très agréable.  Il y a une belle salle de bain complète et un coin toilettes (toilettes et lavabo sans douche). La literie est très confortable. L'appartement est au 2ème étage et sur 2 niveaux (donc escaliers). Parking facile dans la rue sur les lignes blanches (hors lignes jaunes). Lhote est sympathique et très réactif aux messages.

Super schönes großes Apartment. Tolle Ausstattung.sehr nette Gastgeber. Kurzer Weg zur Bahn um nach Palermo zu fahren
Parkplatz ein bisschen schwierig aber wen man Geduld hat, findet man einen.

Der Vermiete war Sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich.
Im Obergeschoss kein Warmwasser. Anscheinend ist der vorhandene Warmwasser Aufbereiter defekt. Für die Küche muss man die die Treppe hoch steigen.
