Modern, spacious appartement and good communication with the owner. Also the parking in the garage was superb.
The only minor remark I would make is the possibility to cool down the appartment. The fan worked and we put the portable airco in our bedroom (also because it was insufficiënt to cool down the big livingroom). The weather was extremely hot SO airconditioning mattered.
