Logement spacieux avec un emplacement intéressant, proche de plusieurs centres d’intérêt. En revanche, la ville est très peu animée.
L’équipement du logement est assez pauvre : manque de couverts, volet sans loquet et matelas particulièrement souple, ce qui nuit au confort. La propreté est très décevante : aspirateur laissé plein, dessous de lits très poussiéreux et plusieurs taches constatées dans le logement. D’autant plus regrettable que les frais de ménage sont inclus et payés dans le prix de la location : on s’attend donc à un logement réellement propre et correctement entretenu à l’arrivée.
