A peaceful rural retreat with exceptional hosts

We had a wonderful stay at this charming property, nestled in a quiet and picturesque rural setting. The location is ideal for anyone looking to escape the noise and stress of the city and reconnect with nature in a serene environment. Sixtine and Laurent, the owners, were truly exceptional—warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the incredibly comfortable mattress, which provided a deep and restful sleep every night. The large garden was another highlight. Shaded by tall, mature walnut trees, it offered the perfect space to unwind with a book or simply enjoy the sounds of nature. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the garden is a peaceful haven for relaxation and quiet moments. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking calm, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality in a beautiful rural setting.

The only downside we encountered was the portable air conditioning unit, which was quite noisy. However, everything else was absolutely perfect, and this minor inconvenience didn’t take away from the beauty of our stay.

Alles klasse, gerne wieder.

Die Gastfreundschaft war hervorragend. Sixtine und ihr Mann Laurent haben für uns lecker gekocht. Wir haben dann zusammen mit ihnen und ihrer Familie zu Abend gegessen (das Essen war gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis).

Uns hat alles gefallen.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une très belle maison avec un accueil chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et à l'écoute de leurs hôtes. Les petits déjeuners copieux pris près de la cheminée, un régal ! Une belle et grande cour pour se garer - A refaire

Gastvrij, diervriendelijk en een heerlijk ontbijt

Zonder twijfel, de gastvrijheid! Laurent is een perfecte gastheer, spreekt goed Engels en maakt een heerlijk ontbijt.

Wij waren met een hond op doorreis en deze heeft nogal een angst voor trappen te lopen. In de ochtend hoorden we dat er ook een kamer onder is. Dus mocht je een hond hebben die ook niet gewent is om trappen te lopen, meldt dit dan.

Super host, huiselijk sfeer, giga tuin waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Erg aardige mensen., ze maken erbiets moois van, zijn nog wel aan het verbouwen maar daar heb geen totaal geen last van. Gewoon harde werkers

Leuke tussenstop in Frankrijk.

Wil je tijdens de reis naar het zuiden niet een hotel, maar een gezellige plek hebben om te verblijven, dan is dit een superlocatie. Je eet gezellig mee met de gastvrouw/heer en je kan lekker in de tuin een flesje wijn bestellen. Ook voor een aantal dagen helemaal leuk! De auto staat op het terrein geparkeerd en ze hebben sinds kort een heerlijk zwembadje.

Heerlijk verblijf met prima kamer, gastvrij, mooie tuin met (klein) zwembad!

Fijne locatie, niet ver van de snelweg. Wij hadden een overnachting, op weg naar onze eindbestemming cote d’Azur. Sixtine en Laurent zijn heel lieve mensen en enorm gastvrij. Mooi plekje, fijne kamer en een heerlijke tuin met ligbedden en klein, maar heerlijk zwembad. Ontbijt was ook super!

Voortreffelijke gastvrouw en heer. Zeer uitgebreid diner voor € 25. Kamer is heel ruim en heerlijke badkamer. Fietsen mochten in garage staan. Ben je op doorreis met de fiets, uitstekende locatie. Ben je op autoroute du soleil onderweg naar het zuiden, doe dan hier een tussenstop.

Niks Kamer was een beetje stoffig, er staat veel in. Heeft zijn charme.

Super vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. We hadden pas om 18 uur gereserveerd en kwamen om 18:30 aan, maar konden toch nog mee-eten met het heerlijke diner. Kamer is smaakvol ingericht met heerlijk bed en goede badkamer met alles erop en eraan. Zeer goed adres voor zowel op doorreis vanaf de A7, maar ook voor langer verblijf voor bezoek aan prachtige regio! Hôte et hôtesse sont super sympathiques. Nous avions réservé très tard, seulement pour 18h, et nous sommes arrivés déja à 18h30 — et pourtant, on nous an encore chaleureusement accueillis pour le excellent dîner. La chambre est décorée avec goût, avec un lit très confortable et une excellente salle de bain entièrement équipée. Une très bonne adresse, aussi bien pour une étape depuis l’A7 que pour un séjour plus long afin de visiter cette magnifique région !

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit sehr guter Auswahl. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass das Abrndessen gemeinsam mit den Besitzern und den anderen Gästen eingenommen wurde und sich interessante Gespräche in unterschiedlichen Sprachen entwickeln konnten

Overnattede blot en enkelt nat, da vi var på vej fra Danmark til Spanien. Kunne godt have blevet længere.

Meget gæstfri og imødekommende værter. Dejligt værelse med alt det nødvendige samt mulighed for tilkøb af privat lokale med Spa-bad med adgang direkte fra værelset. God betjening og dejlig mad med vin og ingredienser fra lokalområdet. Gratis parkering på området
