Our room was right on the river with several options for sitting outside to enjoy the view. The breakfast they had in the room was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The fireplace was lovely. The bed was very comfy. The location just outside of the main town of Leavenworth (1 mile away) was perfect and we never had to contend with crowds or traffic. And Ted & Sandy (the owners) were attentive and gracious hosts to us - very hospitable!

It is a nice place with a beautiful view of the river. My wife and I spent most of the day relaxing and watching tuber's float by and a family of ducks swimming around most of the afternoon. Plus the owners are very nice and helpful especially if you are not familiar with the area; supplying recommendations for places to visit and eat.
