Location, size and quietness

In need of a good clean. Food scraps over back pavers. Lack of utensils in kitchen. Unable to open windows.

Comfortable, quiet and good location.

Generally good, just needs a bit more attention to detail with cleaning. Drain in bathroom basin blocked.

Excellent, large 2br unit, with everything we needed. Well appointed and equipped.

Reception in the house out the front did the job, but it would give a better impression of the units to use a lockbox, etc. Poor lighting in the area in front of the units, so it wasn't easy to see the unit numbers.

The water pressure was great. The two seperate car parks were good. Easyish check-in, I did arrive at 2pm on the dot however reception was locked, tried calling to no answer, knocked again and a gentleman came out and checked me in.. although he did have YouTube on his phone so possibly went for a bathroom break which is understandable!

The bed was like sleeping on a wooden pallet, the heater turned off sometime during the night - around midnight I woke up freezing and had to turn it back on (had no problems after that though), the property was somewhat clean - small pile of dirt and burs at the front door, possibly another guests hairbrush in the drawer of the bathroom, along with their hair. The rug in the lounge room was white/cream but covered in stains. Leftover items from what I assume is other guests. The reception was quite, different.. odd smelling and didn’t feel very comfortable..
