Very close to lake and CBD
Might be very cold in winter - single glazed and windows rattle so not well sealed.

Look the unit of flats itself is dated the older brick-style, but the property was clean, had everything you needed and more and was fair value for money

Great location close to town. Perfect for us, with 2 bedrooms, and everything there to be fully self contained. It was clean and tidy. Great and fast communication with the host.
The windows have no secure window stays and you can't leave them open, which was a shame because it was super hot when we were there.

108 by the Lake is an odd name for nowhere near the lake. I think the name is deceiving. Has sold so no sign outside. Noisy tenants in the middle of the night.
