Just a short 200-metre stroll to the lakefront, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is perfect for couples or small families wanting a comfortable and convenient base.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area flows out onto a private balcony, letting in all-day sun. A heat pump ensures you’ll stay cosy in cooler months, while summer guests can enjoy access to the seasonal swimming pool and fitness room within the secure, gated complex.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

The location so close to the Taupo township was great. Only real flaw was the cleanliness of the bathrooms - the basin wasn't clean and there was alot of hair and stuff between the shower and toilet.

Other than the apartment not being to clean and confusion regarding the key pickup, it was a great place to stay. Close to shops and lake. Comfy beds and unit had everything that we required.
