I liked the mimosa tree in the garden. I liked that there is a table in the front to be able to sit outside. The garden is long and there is a city view. In the summer moths this could be an enjoyable place. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed.
Overall, the price is too high for the quality. Especially in the winter months, they should lower the price because I can imagine in the summer, the situation would be different. The first thing which I didn't like was the communication from the rental agency. They contacted me two days before to ask the specific arrival time. Then a second person contacted me in the day of the arrival that I hadn't paid the deposit and I had to contact urgently to yet a third person. Then I received a link from the 3rd person where I had to pay service costs (of 8 EUR which you don't get back) and pay a deposit of 500 EUR (which is written in the fine prints of booking). When I arrived to the place the first thing I realized was the mildew smell, which is probably coming from the water heater area at the back. The house is small for 4 people. The house is prefabricated, so the walls, rooms are like a camping house style. The closets are self made, with no attention to detail. The toilet and bathroom has no windows. The view is facing the city/mountain, and the sea view is only at the end of the garden if you stand by the stones. Just saying in case someone wants the sea view.

Dat er bij het boeken niet gesproken of op foto getoond werd dat het huis toegankelijk is met een toch wel steile trap zonder leuning wat voor mijn vrouw als knie patiënt toch wel lastig bleek.
