Tutto ok pulizia , frigorifero e macchinetta caffè Lavazza , materasso buono , bagno privato ben fatto struttura ristrutturata molto bene rispetto all esterno dell edificio e sopratutto l esterno pian terreno quando si entra nel portone da sistemare , muro screpolato !!!
Mancava una coperta supplementare oltre quelle nel letto molto sottili ( c'era freddino nella camera) , massima portata dell acqua della doccia molto bassa .

Casa rosa è un B&B comodo e accogliente a due passi dalla stazione dí Monterotondo. Gli interni sono curati e pulitissimi. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo conosciuto jessica, la proprietaria, molto attenta e sensibile alle nostre esigenza, insomma una ottima padrona di casa.
