The apartment is modern, everything new/very well maintained, we loved the location rather close to the park, shops, transportation, it's spacious and according to our needs
I would name these points things to be aware and consider when booking:
- it's on the third floor (we knew that) and not very well marked - third apartament on the right (no apartment number placed by the door, just one apartment has on that floor and we used that to find ours)
- if you book in the summer be aware that it has no AC (it's not mentioned either but we did not pay attention, it has 2 fans but if the temperatures are high they are definitely not enough) weather was not that hot during our stay 24-28 degrees C and that was not a problem for us. But also you cannot leave the windows wide open since anybody can enter easily....seemed like a safe neighborhood but I also wouldn't test it
-also they have a working crew in the courtyard, they are remodeling, so a bit noisy after 8 am if you plan to sleep late, problem solved for sure if you close the window (again, not a problem for us, and the place will look very nice for sure when it's done)
- the toilet it's a bit problematic...it's functional (actually it was changed during our stay, but the flushing sistem is....let's say imperfect)

Beautiful apartment with great location for exploring Budapest! Very close to the center and the city park.
The apartment is very bright, spacious and clean. It is cosy and nicely furbished, equipped with everything you need.
There is lovely cafe around the corner, very nice place for having breakfast or to have a drink in the evening and a supermarket next door. The host was very helpful and professional and gave clear instructions. Highly recommend. Thank you Vicky and Daniel!

- located centraly near ZOO and subway
- quaiet
- safe
- staff resposive
- needs proper cleaning !!!
- disfunkcional TV, lamp, WC, Shower (problems in the process of solving)
- there is a rebuilding of an ground floor flat in the process but no big deal…
- high floor - no lift…
