The apartment is spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating up to five people. The open-plan layout is very well designed and gives a great sense of space and comfort. The two bedrooms are cozy and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a very nice and functional place to stay.

The only small thing I would mention is that the windows could be adjusted or upgraded to improve both sound and thermal insulation. Overall, it’s still a very nice and functional place to stay.

Away from the city, close to the airport

The apartment was huge and very clean and close to the airport

The listing mentioned it was 7 minutes from the airport, but it’s actually around 14 minutes away and about an hour from the city by bus. The bus stop is conveniently located just opposite the apartment, with Bus #601 going to the city and another direct bus to the airport. If you’re arriving at the main bus station in Belgrade, avoid taking taxis outside the city — they’re very expensive. Public transport is free, and the best option is to take a bus directly to the place. I also didn’t receive any confirmation about how to enter the property, so I had to borrow someone’s phone to call the number provided, which was disappointing. I wasn’t very happy with the lighting in the room — during the day it was nice with natural light from the window, but at night the dim lights made the apartment look quite dull. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

I don't recommend

Close to the air port.

The apartments were not clean. The bedsheets had crums in it. in the trash can there was a very smelly garbage that was obviously standing for few days. One of the appartments smelled like an ashtray it was horrible. Not enough towels in the room we got only 2 but we were 3. There was not no toilet paper in the room.

希望我们入住时遇到的都是偶然事件，毕竟硬件上该有的都有，应该能做好的…

位置是我们想要的，离我们还车的租车公司很方便，楼下还有一个不小的超市，方便采买。房间也很宽敞、物品都很齐全。

我通常不打这么低的分，因为我总换位想想，房东也不易。但这个房间我一定要批评： 1、入住时非常不顺利，我们在booking上联系不上房东，我们的手机卡又无法拨打电话，幸好我们找到楼下超市的收银员非常好，帮我们致电房东，拿到了进门的钥匙。 2、我只在房间的沙发上坐了不到5分钟，我身上马上发痒，大腿上冒出来好几个疙瘩，以我多年旅行的经验看，这是一种类似跳蚤的东西叮咬了我。太不可思议了，这里可是城市，得是多么的不注意清洁卫生才会让这样的事情发生； 3、因为房东安排停车的位置是在楼下的超市停车位，到了半夜，这个街区几乎看不到人，感觉特别的没安全感，我们一直到快半夜12点都还没睡。但我们没想到的是，这个时间点了，房铃居然响了，透过猫眼我们看到一个有纹身的男士站在我们门前，我们不知道他要干什么，肯定不敢开门，而他居然一按再按门铃，我们只好问他要干什么，他说“要钱”…晕死，这都什么鬼。要知道入住时，帮我们联系房东的人告诉我们，房费在离开前放在指定的盒子里就好，这大半夜的，来收什么钱啊。因此我们很明确地告诉对方，这么晚了、我们不会开门。他后来又站了一会儿后才离开。

Super! Super! Prezadovoljan!

Jednostavna prijava i odjava. Na glavnoj prometnoj ulici ali jako dobra zvucna izolacija i nema buke. Prostran, veliki apartman, novorenovirano, besprijekorno cisto, kvalitetna svjeze mirisna posteljina, udoban krevet, svi sadrzaji, klima, WiFi, kuhinja, potrepstine u kupaoni, supermarket u istoj zgradi, restorani i kafici i centar Surcina na 500 m, javni prijevoz odmah ispred, besplatan parking, i fantasticno povoljna cijena sa jako jako dobrom vrijednosti za novac. Izuzetno zadovoljan. Velika preporuka!

Der Vermieter war nicht vor Ort wo wir angekommen sind. Auf Anrufe hat nicht reagiert, das nach 15 Stunden Autofahrt durch die Nacht… lecker! Habe schnell was anderes gebucht, im Nachhinein hat er sich aber noch beschwert bei Booking…

O Checkin tardio tinha sido pedido e as informações disponíveis não foram suficientes. Demoramos 1 hora a resolver o problema. Eramos 3 e não havia lençóis e toalhas para todos e só havia água quente para uma pessoa.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – nicht wie auf den Bildern

Die Lage

Wir hatten dieses Apartment für eine Nacht auf dem Weg von Deutschland nach Griechenland gebucht, nach einer 14-stündigen Fahrt. Leider entsprach es in vielerlei Hinsicht nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Fotos und Beschreibung geweckt wurden. Das Apartment sah ganz anders aus als auf den Bildern. Statt einer Dusche gab es nur eine freistehende, unpraktische Badewanne – das war weder bequem noch angekündigt. Außerdem wurde nirgends erwähnt, dass man einen separaten Schalter betätigen muss, um Warmwasser zu haben – das haben wir erst nach einiger Zeit herausgefunden, was nach einer so langen Reise sehr frustrierend war. Das Apartment war staubig, mehrere Steckdosen hingen lose aus der Wand (auch wenn sie funktionierten) und eines der beiden Betten quietschte bei jeder Bewegung, was die Nachtruhe stark beeinträchtigt hat. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt leider enttäuschend. Mit etwas mehr Ehrlichkeit in der Beschreibung und besserer Instandhaltung hätte man hier viel Frust vermeiden können.

Geniş ve güzel ev fakat pis ve merkeze çok uzak.

Görselde gösterilen daire verilmedi ama yine de güzel bir daireydi o yüzden sorun yapmadık. Yakında market vardı alışveriş imkanı güzeldi.

Ev uzun süre kullanılmamış gibi tozluydu, yerler süpürülmemişti. Tuvaletler temiz değildi. Çamaşır makinesinde yıkanmış asılmamış çamaşırlar küflenmişti. Mutfak dolapları ve aletleri pisti, hepsini kendim yıkadım. Ev sahibi ilgili davranıp temizlikçi gönderdi fakat gelen kadın yarın sabah geleyim dedi ama gelmedi. Yatak inanılmaz derecede gıcırdıyordu rahat edemedik.
