Überzeugendes Ambiente, umfassende und durchdachte Ausstattung, sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Im naheliegenden Einkaufszentrum (DEZ) optimale Einkaufsmöglichkeiten!
Die Esszimmerstühle ("Barhocker") fügen sich harmonisch ins Gesamtkonzept, sind allerdings nicht für jedermann leicht zu handhaben. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass die Innenstadt leichter mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen gewesen wäre. (Das liegt natürlich nicht in der Verantwortung der Gastgeber!)

Freundliche Begrüßung, unkomplizierte Kommunikation, Austattung mit allem, was man braucht, sehr schöne Atmosphäre, zum Wohlfühlen gestaltet, in der Wohnung wären wir gerne noch länger geblieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Frühstück hatten wir nicht, da wir eine Ferienwohnung hatten. Die Lage des Hauses war top...mit dem Auto ca. 5 Min. in die Innenstadt von Passau. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben und alles in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Wir hatten keinerlei Beanstandungen. Jederzeit wieder !
