Clean tidy comfy. Has everything you need including parking. Easy access to town centre.
The property is right on the street which was very noisy at night. Curtains would be a bonus for the bedrooms to street lighting and headlights out .

Absolutely perfect ! Stayed for three nights. Exceptionally clean and well maintained house. Parking is easy, location was perfect for exploring Charmouth, West Bay, Lyme Regis area. I would highly recommend staying here.

Modern, clean, neat, lots of bits available in the kitchen to get you started with cooking and cleaning. We didn’t find the main road noisy at all. The oven and hob were great. Everything was easy to find and easy to maintain.
Beds were comfortable and enough pillows.
It speaks volumes when a place is presented well and it was the main reason I chose the property.
Only being slightly picky but it would be nice to have a shower mat to step out onto, and maybe an extra tea towel for stays over 2-3 days.
Shower head needs a bit of descaling - just a heads up for the owner.
