Great location, clean and comfortable plus an excellent, secure dog-proof garden.
It would have been useful to have a fire guard for the gas fire.

Really lovely house, very well presented and equipped and in a very convenient location. Very dog friendly too from the treats etc in the welcome pack to the secure outdoor space.
