AV Experiences - Appartement Grands Boulevards

The flat was gorgeous and the area lively but not overly noisy. I loved the open, spacious communal area. It was so hot, we had the blinds closed during the day but it was wonderful having them open in the evening with the floor to ceiling windows. The hosts were super helpful, their communication was great and their efficiency and responsiveness for any queries I had made me feel at ease. The area was really good, very well connected for transport links, although we mainly walked during our stay. If you enjoy walks under 30 minutes you can visit Le Marais (amazing vintage shops), The Louvre & Sacre Coeur/Monmartre. I also highly recommend the Lebanese bar next door - incredible service, food and wine!

This isn’t a dislike, just a suggestion for future. I didn’t realise there was a manual giving instructions/information for around the flat and later noticed it on the table. It would have been helpful to have a proper walk through the property upon arrival (showing us where things are/how to use), considering we were met there. (Important to note that the woman who met us was absolutely delightful and very friendly!)

Was exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautiful place to come home to. Lots of lights and the views are terrific. The location is perfect with the grand boulevards metro stop just around the corner.
