Location was great for me - i prefer maspalomas beach to playa del ingles but is still close enough to walk to yumbo.
The little chalets are charming.
I think the surrounding noise from other residents is quite displeasing; because many people own their properties there it seems like they have their own rules whereas if it was a holiday complex with paying guests there would be management to complain to. Also various people have dogs there and they are constantly barking.
I felt like an imposter most of the time because all the owners there outnumber the holiday guests and they all know who is a holiday maker and who owns a property there.
