Buffet half board and had everything I needed so no problems there. Clean areas. Nice big pool, sunbeds, basic things that are needed and I think I got a good price doing some searching and waiting. Staff lovely and friendly. Bus stops outside and more along main highway 11 mins walk. Beaches 30 mins walk

Location was a bit far out. Felt deserted in a place where maybe once it was busy. Lots of Romanian gangs of men and women stealing from tourists in that area and they’d tried to take my phone luckily a police man was riding towards me and they got caught. It left me shaken up and too scared to go out. I’m not sure I’d go back to that area again.

Overall, it wasn’t bad. It was probably good value for the money, but the buffet quality varied from night to night. Out of nine evenings, three dinners didn’t meet expectations, either due to limited selection or because things that ran out weren’t replenished.

1) If I’d known this in advance, I probably would have booked a room without dinner included. 2) Several reviews mentioned that the pool is heated. While the water wasn’t cold, it couldn’t really be considered warm either—I'd estimate it was around 23°C, likely due to a combination of sun and limited heating. 3) Room cleaning could also be improved. 4_ Although the map makes it look like the hotel is close to the Maspalomas dunes and the sea, neither is easily reachable on foot.
