Excellent, affordable and easy going..
The relaxed ambiance was and is always a good thing. Everything within arms reach. 2nd visit this year, next year is already on the list. Haven't met an unfriendly person yet during both visits so always a nice welcome.
I prefer a better quality of roads and more illumination would help with safety as well. With the sheer amount of road maintenance vehicles I saw this should really not be an issue to fix.

Really nice homely place to stay for a single night with very nice and helpful people
Lovely people, extremely helpful and the house is in a quiet location - lovely walk into St Ive's - the Amore restaurant was fabulous for an evening meal by the river
Screaming children next door at 6am! Slightly difficult to find because of the confusing street naming system in the area.

Perfect location for my job the next day.
Tamsin was very friendly and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. She was extremely accommodating, when I was delayed on arrival making it easy for me to locate the property and my room very late into the evening.
