The Retro Glass House

I honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough. From the moment I arrived, everything has been absolutely brilliant. The food is delicious — fresh, flavourful, and clearly prepared with real care. Every meal has been a highlight of my stay. The staff are exceptional. So kind, attentive and genuinely warm. A special mention to Krishna, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and that personal touch made all the difference. The rooms are spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell that great pride is taken in the upkeep. Waking up to those stunning views every morning has been such a gift. For nature lovers, this place is paradise. It’s so peaceful here — the kind of quiet that truly allows you to rest and reset. The surroundings are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is calm and restorative. I actually loved it here so much that I extended my stay from 6 nights to 11 — and I still don’t want to leave! Staff were very helpful, great communication, they took great care in ensuring our safe arrival and helped us hire a scooter. The bed was very comfortable and the views from the room were beautiful.

Disruptive other guests that did not respect our privacy, this is not the fault of the place. Bathroom unfortunately was not cleaned, due to the heat of the shower water it easily developed mould that had not been clean prior to our arrival - along with a few hairs on the bed and marks on the floor. They cleaned up when we asked them to, but due to the steam in the bathroom, the smell remained.

Beautiful rooms with amazing views. Food took time but was good.

I stayed here for one night and had a really pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The property is also very convenient, close to nature. I would definitely stay here again.
