I recommend this hotel. It's very near Registan Square. Walking distance. Rooms are comfortable. I didn't interact much with staff but generally Uzbeks aren't so friendly at first, it could be a language barrier. My only comments are that the bed sheets are a bit rough, and breakfast starts at 8am, which is a bit late if you have a morning tour scheduled.

هتل مارو کاندا در یکی از بهترین مناطق سمرقند قرار دارد و پرسنل آن بسیار حرفهای و مودب هستند و اکثرشان از ایران هستند. صبحانه در حد قابل قبول ارائه میشود، اما چند نکته مهم وجود دارد:
• هتل آسانسور ندارد و برای دسترسی به صبحانه، حتی اگر در طبقه همکف اقامت داشته باشید، باید به طبقه زیرزمین بروید.
• در توالت داخل اتاق گاهی قفل میشد و اگر کسی نبود، ممکن بود برای مدتی در آن گیر بیفتید.
• تخلیه آب حمام به سختی انجام میشد و باعث ناراحتی میشد.
• اتاق فاقد سیف باکس بود، اما از نظر امنیت مشکلی وجود نداشت.
• اتاق ما فاقد پنجره مناسب بود و رو به حیاط خلوتی قرار داشت که پرسنل به آن دسترسی داشتند. همچنین پنجره هر بار توسط پرسنل باز میشد، که برای ما خوشایند نبود.
در مجموع، هتل از نظر موقعیت مکانی و پرسنل خوب است، اما مسائل مرتبط با راحتی و حریم خصوصی نیاز به توجه بیشتری دارد.
