-Balconies are closed and cannot be used
-Views from the unit will be blocked
Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views
-Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours
-Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
-Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period.
-The building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies.
-This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions.

I would for sure stay there again. Nice condo with lots of space with large bedroom and spacious bathroom. Kitchen was also large.

Needed a place to stay the night in Miami after an event. This place was great, location, views, grounds. Wish we could have used the facilities but the rain ruined it. Would definitely book again.

The condo unit itself is great. The highlight is definitely the views. Amazing water views in the living room and master bedroom. All the rooms were well appointed. I would stay here again based on the unit alone.
The building and process however leaves a lot to be desired. This is not like any W I’ve been to. 4/6 elevators didn’t work our entire stay. We had to show ids prior to check in, at check in to host company, at check in to building lobby and then again to get access to pool. Im sure it has to do with prior incidents but less than ideal. Additionally the amenities have seen better days. Not well maintained.
