-Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period.

Our girls’ trip celebration was absolutely amazing, and this condo truly helped make the experience special! The unit was spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and gave the three of us more than enough room to relax, laugh, celebrate, and enjoy our time together. It was great that the unit had an in-unit laundry area, such a wonderful and convenient addition. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided breathtaking city and bay views both day and night, and the location in Brickell was perfect; everything from restaurants to shopping and nightlife was within walking distance.The spa and wellness amenities were magnificent! We especially loved the pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, along with the relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Communication from the host was excellent from beginning to end, and the staff was welcoming and helpful during our stay.Our only disappointment was that the balconies were closed and inaccessible during our stay, because the views were spectacular and we would have loved to enjoy them outside. We also arrived two hours before check-in and had to pay an additional 124.00 fee to access the unit early, which was a bit disappointing.Overall, this stay was beautiful, luxurious, and extraordinary. We would definitely return again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Miami!

Excellent location!The condo is spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The views are great, and the pool and spa are truly amazing.That said, there were a few maintenance and cleanliness issues. The dishwasher door was broken, and the sofa had a very unpleasant smell . The cleaning could be more thorough—the laundry area and range hood were not clean, and the right sink in the master bathroom was clogged. Also, be aware that the building is quite busy.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The location is fantastic with great access to restaurants, parks and things to do. Views can't be beat! The apartment is a bit tired and needs some fixes, a better bed (really should be a nice mattress at this price) and some general fixes - sink drains, dishwasher mount, w/d quirky, dining room light, more comfortable sofa, etc. The check in process worked well and we were well cared for but hard to escape the building being under construction and the apartment being dated.

Nicely maintained unit in a great area. Lots of restaurants, nearby,never waited longer than three minutes for an Uber, management, very responsive, just a text away.
