The living room boasts cozy furnishings and a large flat screen tv, perfect for gathering with loved ones on cozy evenings for popcorn and a movie. For those that need a place to boot up a laptop, there is a work desk conveniently located in the living room. For families, this house comes with a Pack-N-Play, GBOX gaming system, and several board games.

The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage space. A breakfast bar bathed in sunlight offers a cheerful spot to start your day and has enough seating for four. Right off the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6 and a view of the backyard.

The three bedrooms are each thoughtfully designed, offering comfort and tranquility. The master suite is a sanctuary, with a plush bed, elegant décor, and an en-suite bathroom boasting luxurious amenities. All of the bedrooms come wtih personal TVs and comfortable linens. The living room sofa is also a slepper. Each room has windows that offer beautiful natural light and adds to the airy feeling of this home.

Less than 10 miles from your stay, take a tour of the city with Old Town Trolley Tours, learn about the area's history at Castillo De San Marcos National Monument or St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, engage in a unique thrill at St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park, and hike under the sun at Anastasia State Park.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs under 30 lbs only
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.
