The host went out of his way to be helpful and provide additional information at all stages of the booking process. Once we were there the host had provided were a million nice touches that demonstrated the host going above and beyond to make our stay special. Will be hurrying back as soon as possible!!!

We have stayed in many vrbo properties over the years and Tim's property/home is one of our top vrbo's. The home is clean with beautiful decor and a chef's kitchen. Tim's special touches with fresh flowers and warm welcome were greatly appreciated. BTW, this home is so quiet and has parking which is rare in SF. The views are stunning from the bedrooms with a deck off of one. The bathroom is spacious with a huge shower. This is a gem of a home away from home.

My husband and I spend 5 nights in this beautifully appointed home. The space offers lovely views off the rear deck, a gourmet kitchen and a quiet neighborhood. The self check-in and out process was easy. Tim is a very thoughtful and gracious host. We will definitely return.

This place is incredible. Gorgeously furnished and remodeled. It has everything you need. There is always a parking space in front of the flat. I loved taking a walk every morning from the apartment to the Mt Davidson trail that overlooks the city. Just beautiful. And Tim is an incredible host. Thank you for all the goodies, Tim!
