Former stable, recently renovated, located in the commune of Roquemaure, in the heart of the vineyards of Tavel and Lirac. 15 minutes from Avignon, 8 minutes from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 30 minutes from Uzès and Saint Rémy de Provence.
" La Fermette" is located within the walls of a castle, it is independent on a fully enclosed grounds, with its own entrance and without vis-à-vis.
The cottage has a secure and heated private swimming pool, open from May 1st to September 30th, a large garden of 1700m2, a parking lot that can accommodate several cars, several dining areas with barbecue.
The 130m2 cottage is fully air-conditioned, it has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is through (2 bedrooms each with 1 bed of 160x200, and 1 bedroom with 2 small beds of 90x200 that can be pushed together)
The cottage is on one level, all bedrooms overlook the swimming pool.
A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction, oven, microwave), a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, a large living room with TV, games console, free Wi-Fi connection.
