Hello everyone, I and my husband Guillaume are delighted to be able to welcome you to this family villa in which we lived for 10 years together. This villa, with a family soul, reveals many memories and we owe it to ourselves to give it a second life WITH YOU maybe. We aspire to offer you a joyful interlude with family or friends. Come and relax in this elegantly styled house, located in a quiet area, and not overlooked and enjoy the private swimming pool under the song of the cicadas.
Everything is ready for your comfort, all you have to do is enjoy your holiday:)
A soothing environment but close to the main roads: A9, A7, 10min from Avignon, 30
min from Nîmes, 45 min from Montpellier, 35min from Uzès.
This large villa of 120m2 with swimming pool located in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône, its
monuments and its festival.
Orange, its Chorégies and its Roman remains.
The cellars of Châteauneuf du Pape, Tavel, Lirac, great names in the French vineyard, are
of the neighboring villages.
25km from the Pont du Gard (classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO), 39km from Uzès (city
medieval). Also close to Les Baux de Provence and Mont Ventoux.
Access to the A9 and A7 motorways is 4 km away, allowing you to get to the coast
Mediterranean in just 1 hour (St Marie de la Mer, Le Grau du Roi, La Grande Motte,
...). Cities less than 1 hour away: Orange and its choregies, Avignon and its festival, Nîmes and its festival, Montpellier and its beaches, Marseille and its goudes,
Outdoor sports and white water enthusiasts will be delighted with
the hiking trails, the mountain bike trails in the surrounding area and the Ardèche gorges all

Amusement parks: Spirou (all audiences), Monteux water park (all audiences).
The village offers all the local shops as well as a Provençal market of local producers every Tuesday. On Thursdays, the food trucks take place with music in the background on the village square.

The house consists of:
A large living room of 60 m2 very comfortable with its large fully equipped kitchen, its lounge area with connected TV.
The dining area has a table for 6 people. Reversible air conditioning. Internet box with wifi.
The kitchen opens directly onto its large terrace
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms:
- a bedroom with a double bed (160*200) and a storage cupboard. Independent air conditioning with remote control.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (160*200) with a view of the pool and storage cupboard. Independent air conditioning with remote control.
- A large bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200 that can be pushed together. Storage cupboard. Independent air conditioning with remote control.
- A bathroom with its large shower and bathtub.
- a separate toilet.
The exterior consists of:
- A large covered terrace for your outdoor meals with a table for 6 people and a new gas barbecue.
- overlooking a pool area with its travertine terrace and 4 deckchairs to relax in the sun or in the shade of the beautiful oleander.
- a garden area, planted with flowers and perfectly fenced, with a swing for children.
- bowling alley near the swimming pool.
Possibility to provide, children's travel cot, high chair. The house has games and toys for children. Pets allowed (80 euros per pet)
To travel light: towels and bed linen + kitchen towels (beds made on arrival) included
in the tariff.

It was a great house, with even a better garden with pool. A decent airco, kitchen and bathroom as well. A great place to enjoy the sun and good life in France. Don't expect too much from the direct neighbourhood, though a good pizza, grocery store and bakery are just about 5 minutes travel by car. In the direct surroundings of the place are plenty things to explore, but you would most definitely need your car for those places.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement. Nous sommes venus d'Allemagne avec 2 adultes, 2 enfants de 11 et 15 ans et 2 chiens. Nos charmants hôtes ont eu une petite surprise de bienvenue pour nous et ont continué à vérifier tout au long de la semaine si nous allions bien. La maison avec piscine, jardin et aire de jeux est parfaitement nettoyée et il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Roquemaure est parfaitement située pour découvrir la province. Orange Avignon et le célèbre Okkerfelsen ainsi que les champs de lavande sont facilement accessibles. Nous aimerions toujours revenir.
