Gorgeous, fully remodeled single family home in a wonderful neighborhood on the desirable West side of Paso Robles, walking distance to the Paso Market walk and the fairgrounds, a short drive to Lake Nacimiento and many westside wineries, and located in a very quiet and private hillside location near downtown. The sunrise views from this home are worth waking up early for, we promise!
Guests will enjoy the electric fireplace in the sunny living room, a low-maintenance back yard, a large garage for parking or storage, in unit washer and dryer, large kitchen island, brand new kitchen appliances, and brand new furniture throughout.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, an en suite full bath with tile walk in shower and a flat screen TV (steaming services only, no cable). Guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed. Guest bedroom #2 has a comfortable full size futon bed and a work station with a desk, office chair and monitor. The guest full bathroom features a tub/shower combo.
We will welcome one well behaved dog at this property with a pet fee and agreement to our pet policy. This home has a cozy back patio with brand new outdoor furniture. We have a brand new washer and dryer located in the garage for guest use.
