Located in Park Circle's back yard and close proximity to America's number 1 visited city - Charleston! Blue Ranch at Park Circle has been recently renovated and newly furnished, and is a perfect combination of Modern and Rustic.
Blue is conveniently and centrally located - close to Park Circle, Riverfront Park, downtown Charleston, beaches and the airport. Blue welcomes everyone; solo travelers, couples, families and friends! Blue caters to your needs - business or pleasure!
The Location:
Located in a quiet neighborhood in Park Circle - just a ten minute walk away!
The area offers a bit of everything for everyone. Neatly tucked in by the Cooper river, Park Circle is an up and coming and vibrant community It is a lively and has a bit of character and 'industrial' vibes.
Park Circle checks the box in so many areas; nightlife, eateries, outdoor venues, wine bars, breweries, distilleries and so much more.
Closeby is the perfectly set Riverfront Park which occasionally is the home for Charleston area's biggest events. Not to mention the highly rated restaurant within the park.
Just down the street is the 'World's biggest innovative playground.' Bring the kids and spend the day - they won't want to leave!

The kitchen is spacious and is perfect for meal prepping, and has plenty of cabinet space if you plan on bringing food for a longer stay. There is also a dedicated coffee station/cabinet that is replenished with your favorite coffee.
The dining space is ideal for larger gatherings and brings the 'family style' to the dinner table for your family and friends.
Need to do your laundry? Go no further - wash, dryer and detergent are available free of charge.
The front and back porch have furniture for you to relax and grab some shade during the heat in the summer.
A brand new backyard patio has been installed for your entire group along with a new fire pit to roast marshmallows and have good banter under the stars.
There’s also a new grill for you to cook up your own BBQ if you prefer home cooked meals.

Our flights were unpredictable for our trip to CHS on November 13th so we called an audible and decided to drive, bring our 2 pups and find a place to stay. We were thrilled to find Blue Ranch. We were unfamiliar with North Charleston but Patrick answered all our questions and was a great help, not to mention incredibly responsive, which is hard to come by these days. We loved the area, the home, the yard and the king size bed was so comfortable. Although the 11 hour road trip was rough, we had a great trip, went to a beautiful wedding, visited with friends, made new friends and can’t wait to come back. We even have a realtor! Thanks so much Patrick! We loved calling your home, our home for 5 days.
