This vacation home in Kölpinsee, newly built in 1999, is located in a quiet area close to the beach. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the magnificent Baltic Sea beach on the sunny island of Usedom.
In addition to beautiful vacation apartments, the house offers parking spaces on the property, a lockable storage room for your bicycles, as well as terraces and balconies.

This cozy 3-room attic apartment extends a warm welcome to you. You’ll immediately feel right at home in this dream apartment. The cozy furnishings, the comfortable sleeping arrangements spread across two bedrooms, and the well-equipped kitchenette leave nothing to be desired.
Spanning 55 square meters, the apartment features a living room with a kitchenette and dining area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small entryway. In the two bedrooms, you’ll find a double bed and two single beds (sofa beds) for a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom with the single sofa beds features an additional TV. As a result, this room is often used as a quiet retreat for children traveling with you.
The bathroom, featuring a new walk-in shower and a washing machine, is very bright thanks to the window.
