The Bernsteinhaus is located on a traffic-calmed street in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee and consists of a total of 6 residential units. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, as well as to the town center—where you’ll find a bakery, the tourist information office, and the train station—and it’s also close to the rehabilitation and spa clinic. Apartment 5 is located on the second floor and features two balconies. The apartment comes with a parking space and bicycle storage.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked through the guest coordinator for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.



Bernsteinhaus Apt. 5:

The 65-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Bernsteinhaus. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a CD player. A fireplace invites you to enjoy cozy moments, especially during the cold season. The fully equipped open-concept kitchen features a kitchen island, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a stove and oven. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom, which gets natural light, has a shower and toilet.
The apartment includes two balconies. The balcony off the kitchen faces east. From the living room, you can access the covered, south-facing balcony. Initial supplies: Toilet paper and a starter kit for the kitchen (dishwasher tablets, dish towel, cleaning supplies) are provided for you. A linens package consisting of bed linens and towels can be optionally booked in advance directly with the guest coordinator.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
